Inventory Availability at Customers First Request

Provide my own data  

Description: The stock availability based on the initial fill of customer required [ordered] lines. The calculation is the lines immediately available in full at time of initial order divided by lines ordered by customers).
The inverse of this measure is stockouts.

Sales Forecasting Accuracy by SKU and volume

Provide my own data  

Description: The percentage of line items sold to customers varies from the sales forecast. (E.g. How many line items had volumes sold to customers that were 10 percent up or down of the forecast? [A high number in this range is best and indicates a more accurate forecast]). Measure highlights forecasting accuracy [the variance from the forecast] for all lines despatched to the customer.

Sales Forecasting Accuracy - under 20%

[A high number in this range is best and indicates a more accurate forecast]). Measure highlights forecasting accuracy [the variance from the forecast] for all lines despatched to the customer.

Sales Forecasting Accuracy - over 40%

Provide my own data  

Description: The percentage of line items sold to customers varies from the sales forecast. (E.g. How many line items had volumes sold to customers that were over 40% percent up or down of the forecast? [A high number in this range is best and indicates a more accurate forecast]). Measure highlights forecasting accuracy [the variance from the forecast] for all lines despatched to the customer.
